On Christmas Eve we tried to keep up with as many traditions as we could. Grandma and Grandpa Greer provided The Night Before Christmas book with their voices recorded reading it. Luke had a little trouble sitting still through Luke II. Harper was so excited for Santa to come, she went to bed at 6:30.
On Christmas Day we opened our presents that Santa placed under our paper tree (with so little time and money I improvised and made a tree out of wrapping paper on the wall). We walked a mile in the snow to Rob's dorm so that we could Skype the fam. Then we enjoyed a Christmas feast of turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes and chocolate cake with our friends Dave and Sarah.
