Yes, a long time ago (in high school) I learned a basic Stomp routine. Who knew I would be bringing this knowledge to the Branch here in Grenada. Somehow Lyndzee peer pressured me into teaching the other woman a stomp routine and all I can say is they did me proud. They were all so amazing, especially Tessa! There is never a dull moment with these women.

I remember that stomp routine! Loren even does it sometimes. Did it end with a bum slapping too?
