We visited the Nelson Family in California while we were in the states. It worked out well because Erik and Katie were heading out on a cruise, so they were there too. And to top it off, Grr and Papa came for the weekend. It was nice to have so much of the family together, but we did miss Whitney!
I hit a huge mile stone while there. I left Harper with a babysitter, without her already being asleep. Since Harper has never taken a bottle and is so attached, I was worried, but my sister had two sitters come over and they were great. I worried that Harper just screamed the whole time, but they assured me that she was fine and only cried a little. Either way, big step for both Harper and me.
I am glad we decided to go out that night because we were able to have a great time at PF Changs and Rock Climbing.
The next day we hit Newport Beach.
This is by far my favorite picture of the day. Everyone is doing their own thing, including Davis almost loosing his drawers. The looks on Papa and Luke's faces are the best.
After a morning on the beach, we hit up Ruby's on the Pier for a late lunch. YUM!!!!
