Ever since Harper came into our family, Luke and I have not had any one-on-one time together, so I wanted to do something super fun and messy with just the two of us. Luckily my mom had a spare cake mix and frosting at her house, so we brought it home and waited for Harper girl to go down for a snooze. My little Cake Boss (shout out to one of my favorite TLC shows, hey does the Cake Boss remind anyone else of Nathan Dee?) was quite the culinary master. He helped every step of the way. I had to hold back my control freak tendencies as he flooded the cake, and my newly mopped floor, with an avalanche of sprinkles. I had a great time watching my little man have fun and show off his entertaining personality.

Baby's nap time=snack time! And I love the variety of sprinkles he chose.
